Being the first renovation directory platform in Malaysia, the brand needed to constantly educate the audience regarding the benefits and functionality of the platform.
While the primary goal was to increase requests for quotations from consumers, the brand also needed to gather new renovation service providers to be listed on the site to meet consumer demands.
Starting as a brand new business with freshly made social media pages, the first thing in order was to increase followers for individual platforms.
With a value-first approach, we started off with a social media campaign to provide education and tips to maximize renovation projects at the lowest cost.
