Situated within a very busy mall in Klang Valley, this restaurant was placed between several restaurants serving similar types of cuisines.
There was a need for them to set themselves apart from the competition and raise awareness on the delicious food prepared by authentic Japanese chefs.
The project started off with a discussion between our team and the restaurant owners to properly understand the business nature and the goals to be achieved through social media marketing.
Our team then put together a social media content plan to exhibit the visuals of the delicious creations, each accompanied by compelling and precise copywriting.
We have also carried out a geo-targeted social media ad campaign with the aim to spread awareness and increase the number of reservations. To ensure that no reservations are overlooked, a reservation system that is linked directly to the owner and managers personal inbox is put together.
